Council Meeting Decisions

Coychurch Lower Community Council meeting held on 9 December 2025

All councillors were present: E. Caparros, M. Randall, J. Brace, K, Sutton, J. Dickinson, R. Snoddy

No members of the public were present

Decisions:

Minutes of the November meeting were agreed

There were no objections to the following planning applications: 

•              P/25/655/RLX - extension of time limit for development
•              P/25/643/RES - Ford site redevelopment infrastructure

Play park compliance contract agreed, one-time cost of £399 plus VAT  for 2 inspections each year for 5 years

Receipts and Payments for November 2025 were agreed. Receipts: £42.03,  Payments: £1,368.77

The budget was agreed and the precept to be requested from BCBC was set as £49,532 (£62 less than for 2025-26)

The next meeting will be on 13th January 2026 at 7pm at the Williams Memorial Hall.
