Coychurch Lower Community Council

Meeting held on 11th November 2025 at 7pm in the Williams Memorial Hall, Coychurch.

Present: Councillors Caparros (Chair), Randall, Snoddy, and Sutton

Apologies: Councillors Brace (flooding) and Dickinson (abroad) 

Decisions:

• The minutes of the community council meeting held on 14 October were agreed.
• There were no objections to planning application P/25/639/FUL.
• The community council agreed to draft a response to the pre-application consultation regarding development of land south of Waterton Lane.
• The community council agreed to progress a 5-year compliance contract for the play park equipment which will entail 2 inspections per year with reports and identification of remedial work required.
• The community council agreed to progress the removal and confidential disposal of expired paperwork.
• The community council agreed to part fund the Santa's Grotto event on December 6th 2025.
• The schedule of Payments (£1,614.15) and Receipts (£39.38) was reviewed and agreed.
