Decisions made at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 13th May 2025 in the Williams Memorial Hall, Coychurch from 7.30pm.

Annual Community Council Meeting, held on 13th May at the Williams Memorial Hall, Coychurch

Planning application P/25/203/FUL was considered and Council decided that it has no objection to the proposal. 

The Annual Governance and Return forms were reviewed, agreed and signed by the Chairman for the clerk to forward to the external auditor.

Council agreed the period for electors to exercise their right to view the council's accounts as 1st July 2025 to 28th July 2025.

The date/time of the next meeting was agreed as 10th June 2025 at 7.30pm in the Williams Memorial Hall meeting room.
