Council Meeting Decisions

Coychurch Lower Community Council meeting held on the 11th February 2025.

All Members Present: Councillor Caparros (Chairman), Councillors Brace, Sutton, Randall, Dickinson and Snoddy

34 members of the public were present. 

Summary of Decisions Made:

  1. Following feedback from the public at the meeting, the clerk will draft a response to the boundary changes proposed by BCBC  for review at the next meeting on 11th March 2025.
  2. The minutes from the meeting on 14th January were reviewed and agreed.
  3. Planning applications P/24/674/FUL and P/25/1/FUL were reviewed and it was agreed that the community council has no objections to either application.
  4. The outdoor fitness items for inclusion in the council's grant application to the Town and Community Council Fund were agreed. (For further details contact the clerk)
  5. The Schedule of Payments and Receipts for January 2025 was reviewed and agreed.
  6. The 3rd Quarter bank reconciliation was reviewed and agreed.
