Playing Field and Pavilion - Update

Over the summer we have been organising surveys and quotations for the following:

• Asbestos in the pavilion - survey found low and medium risk asbestos in the building.
• Bats survey - no evidence found of bats or birds using the building.
• Quotations for demolishing the pavilion.

We will now move on to obtaining quotations for:

• Laying the foundations for the new building and connecting the building to utilities - electricity, water and telephone / broadband
• Purchase and delivery of the modular building 
• Solicitor fees - asset transfer / 35 year lease
